Whether you currently have or had your own business up and running, you may be surprised to learn that somewhere around 95% or more of people who start a home based business, actually fail to make any serious money. I was very fortunate that before I became a business partner with LifePath Unlimited, I met someone who outlined to me the key reasons why people fail. At the time it sounded pretty right. However after being in business with LifePath Unlimited over the past 6 months, I came to know through experience the wisdom of the reasons I want to share with you now.
The first point is that so many people join the wrong company. What do I mean "the wrong company"? A company that fails in any of the following areas, namely: the amount of money made, the product and the support/training available. A good company to partner with is one that offers generous commissions to offset the high cost of advertising, has a top quality product/s that you can feel passionate about and a company that offers great support/mentoring/training. Fortunately for me, I found that on all these three counts, LifePath Unlimited comes up trumps.
Secondly, many people are purely opportunity seekers. So many people are looking for get rich quick schemes. They are attracted by the images of a perfect lifestyle but are not prepared to do the hard work to get there. They end up by about the third month saying its too hard and go look for something else. LifePath Unlimited offers a great opportunity but you need to practice a solid work ethic and be prepared to learn lots along the way.
The third reason why people fail in running their own home business is that they lack belief in self. How debilitating that is. When you say you can't, you are absolutely right. At the same time if you say "yes, I can" how empowering that is. Ever since I joined LifePath Unlimited I decided "whatever I don't know I will learn" and "I will do what it takes to succeed in this business". With this thinking there is a always a way forward to success.
Fourthly, shifting blame to others. Whenever human beings face a problem it is far easier to find someone to blame rather than being a problem solver. Since joining LifePath Unlimited I have come across countless victim stories of people whining and complaining about the faults and wrong doings of others rather than deciding to get on with the job of being successful. Dont get me wrong, there are heaps of scams out there that need to be exposed.
The fifth point is that some people are just not coach able with their current mindset. This means that people cannot for whatever reason, fulfill the role of a student in front of their mentor. It's been said that the best teachers are the ones who are also the best students. I came to LifePath Unlimited as a high school teacher. Since I felt totally lacking in my knowledge and experience of marketing I decided the best way was to learn and inherit the mind and skill sets of the top achievers in the company.
So where to from here? In doing your due diligence, make sure you choose a company that offers great commissions, products and an excellent support/mentoring/training system. Determine within yourself to not seek to get something for nothing. Be prepared to do what it takes to be successful. By going down this path you will naturally develop strong self belief since you are committed to a step learning curve. Finally, be the one who takes responsibility and be one who listens, learns and inherits from others. Since partnering with LifePath Unlimited, this is the person I see when I look into the mirror each day.
