The guidelines for submitting your articles to Articles2Win.Com are simple, but they must be followed. They are designed to help you understand what
we accept and don't accept for inclusion in our article database.
It is an unfortunate fact that 99% of rejections occur because the author has failed to read and follow our Guidelines. They are listed in detail below and appear again as reminders on the
actual Article Submission Page. Please follow them.
- The articles that you submit MUST be your own work—You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content MUST be unique. No rebranded articles are allowed;
you must be the sole copyright holder for each article
you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable provided they are only being used by yourself.
- The articles that you submit cannot be—a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype.
- Your article body MUST deliver on what is promised in the title and the category you select—We do not accept "teaser titles", nor do we accept acticles where the
content, title and/or category are not relevant to the self serving links and/or text in your resource box.
- Do NOT submit an article more than once—Our programming continually checks for duplicates and when two
instances of the same article are discovered, the newer version is immediately deleted.
- No HTML or affiliate links in the article body, title or summary!—The articles that you submit to Articles2Win.Com should not contain HTML
or affiliate links. Place ALL HTML and affiliate links in the Author Resource Box.
- Must be composed with proper English, correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure—We understand that there are
variations in what is considered "proper English," so we ask that you at least be consistent within your article. Your article must also be proofed and double checked for
accuracy. If English is not your first language, we strongly suggest that you have it proofed by someone to whom English is their native tongue before submitting your
articles to us.
- Your article must not contain excessive and/or bolded keywords/ phrases—Bolding is limited to headings and subheadings.
- Simple punctuation rules—One or two spaces after each period, colon, or semi-colon; Periods should be inside of quotes; When using "..." you should use only
3 dots minimum and maximum; When using dashes, use two in a row, example: "--"; There is NEVER a space BEFORE a period or BEFORE a comma.
- Minimum and maximum work content —Must be a minimum of 300 words and no more than 1,200 words. The ideal article size is 400-750 words.
- Your Article Title—Your title should not exceed 100 characters. We will not accept titles in all CAPS. We do not allow company names, product names,
prescription drug names or the name of the article author in the title. Your keywords or key word phrase should not be repeated more than twice in the title.
- Resource Box maximum length—Your Resource Box should never exceed 300 words.
- Your Resource Box cannot contain direct links to files or email addresses —Links in your resource box should be to a web page, not to files or email addresses.
- Article Summary— Every article must have a 2-5 sentence article summary and not exceed 200 words. If you don't know what to put in your summary,
just use the first paragraph of your article. It should follow exactly the same grammitical standards as are required for the body og your article.
- Your article cannot contain—Profanity, pornography/adult material, be hate or violence-oriented or suggest racial intolerance. Nor can it contain
contain information that promotes term papers or essays for sale to college students. Your article cannot be libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others
- By submitting your articles to Articles2Win, you grant us the right to publish your articles—
We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including
the category, at any time.
- By submitting your articles to Articles2Win.Com, you grant others the right to publish your articles—
Other Articles2Win.Com users then have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and
more provided the article is left in its original state. This includes the resource box which provides you full credit as the author
of the content.
- Submitting your articles to Articles2Win.Com does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind—
You will not receive compensation for articles you submit to Articles2Win.Com or from the users of our directory.
- Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory—We reserve the right to reject an
article submission for any reason.
- Account deletion—An author account will be deleted after we have rejected his/her articles five (5) times for
violations of our Submission Guidelines. When an article is rejected an email is sent to the author explaining why, and instructing him/her
to read and follow our guidelines. We have many submissions to review every day and we cannot work continually with authors who cannot follow
our guidelines.
